After an incredible Mindfulness Retreat, run by Anahata Yoga Studio, the wonderful people who I spent time with and I have begun to recommend to each other various meditations and practices we have found useful in supporting our practices. We are fortunate to have technology at our hands to assist us in our attempts to return to our “Selves” and it’s a good opportunity to use our devices to support us.
