Course Structure
The course is a mixture of discussion, practice, and reflection run over 4 x 1.5 hour sessions. You will have the opportunity to take part in the practices, and be invited to enter into discussions and ask lots of questions about yoga.

Practices
You are invited to join in with the following practices, or observe, choosing what feels right for you.
- Breath (Pranayama)
- Meditation
- Physical Practice/Postures
- Chanting (Mantra)
- Hand Gestures (Mudra)
You will finish up by being introduced to the various forms of yoga that are offered . In discussion with Siouxzy, this will help you choose which classes to try after the course comes to an end, and how you can continue with yoga in a way that is right for you.
